Understanding Bioelectrical Energy in Food
Food needs to be sentient and energetic as our body is bioelectrical; the power of food influences our body and mind.
Each food contains electrical charges called bioelectric energy value, measured in Megahertz (MHz). For example, avocado contains 70-80 MHz, soaked almonds 40-45 MHz, cooked food 8-10 MHz, and hamburger only 3-4 MHz.
Currently, industrially produced food contains little energy value, and processed food has even less (10-30 MHz). Different organs in the body have particular MHz requirements and need certain power levels to function at their optimum state. The brain and heart need 65-75 MHz to function properly.
The Importance of Alkaline pH Balance
Our blood needs to be pH balanced. The body needs to be alkaline, not acidic. pH ranges from 0 to 14 (0 being acid, 14 being alkaline). Free-flowing red blood cells can move easily, bringing oxygen to tissue beds, muscles, brain cells, and various organs.
When the body has too much acid, blood cells stick together because acid contains a positive charge, preventing them from moving freely around the body. This causes a lack of oxygen and later leads to a lack of energy in the whole body.
When blood cells are stuck together, they cannot perform these tasks efficiently. Healthy blood cells are doughnut-shaped with a negative charge on the circumference called normocytes. They can flow freely and bounce off each other, preventing them from sticking together.
The body tries to neutralize acid using fat, calcium, zinc, and magnesium from other parts of the body to neutralize the acidic effect. The more acid in the body, the more fats the body will generate to retain and buffer the acid cells.
If the body lacks fat, an acid body will consume calcium and other minerals from different parts of the body, which can cause calcium depletion in the bones. Thus bones become weaker and more fragile—one of the reasons why, after fifty years of age, we begin to lose bone density.
Essential Fats and Sugar Balance
As we need fat to neutralize acid, it's important to have a balanced intake of essential oils for the body's optimal function. Not all fat is bad; rather, excessive fat is harmful.
Healthy fats include cold-pressed oils: flax seed, sunflower seed, olive oil, coconut oil, sesame oil, hemp oil—all long-chain polyunsaturated fats.
The more sugar we eat, the more acid we create in the body. Unconsumed carbohydrates become sugar and produce acid.
Understanding which foods are acid and which are alkaline helps us control the whole body system. Super hydration is essential to supply water.
Morning Nutrition Guidelines
For breakfast, avoid packaged fruit juice—it contains too much sugar. UHT (Ultra High Temperature) processing destroys all living enzymes and valuable nutrition the body needs for digestion and other functions.
Lemon and lime are alkaline foods. Chocolate cake has 2-3 MHz (low energy), while green vegetables have very high MHz (70-90 MHz). A rose has 320 MHz—its fragrance emanates this energy into the air.
The Sentient Diet: Recommended Food List
A simply sentient optimal diet for body and mind—the ideal shopping list for vibrant lifelong health!
When first taking the step to change to an alkaline diet, one might feel confused or unsure about how to start and what kinds of foods to buy. This sample shopping list will help you know what foods to stock so you can build your health every time you eat!
Foods to Remove
Remove garlic, leeks, onion, and all kinds of meat from your diet if you want a clear mind and non-acidic body. Decide which is more important for your health: long-term mental clarity and control over senses, or a few minutes of pleasure to satisfy your taste buds while experiencing constant mental agitation and feeling out of control. The mind becomes like chattering monkeys and wild horses.
During the transition, if you still must eat meat, select organic meat from small animals. Fish should not be pregnant to allow for propagation of species.
Produce Section
Avocado, beets, bell peppers, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, chard, cucumber, dark lettuce, eggplant, fresh herbs of all kinds (dry, hot and spicy varieties), jicama, kale of different varieties, lemon, lime, parsley, cilantro, red and new potatoes, seasonal fruit, spinach, terragonia (wild spinach), squash, tomato, zucchini.
All green leafy vegetables and fruits/berries of different colors are essential. There are many similar specific fruits, nuts, vegetables, and cereals in each country, and it's best to consume products grown in your local area.
