Put them on once the rest of the grilling is finished, and you'll have dessert ready in 10 minutes.
This recipe was born from necessity when I needed to quickly satisfy a friend's sweet tooth during a gathering. It turned out amazing, and the natural caramelization from grilling brings out the pineapple's inherent sweetness while the mango coconut sauce adds a tropical, creamy finish.
