Miso Tahini Nori Pâté
After spending time with a macrobiotic community, we created this simple, nutritious, and incredibly delicious sauce. It pairs beautifully with almost everything! Just mix a bit of tahini, miso, and a quarter sheet of nori, then add a touch of wasabi for an extra kick. The result? A thick, nutty, and tangy pâté—perfect as a spread for biscuits or toast. Add a little more liquid, and it transforms into a flavorful dip for any buffet table.

Each ingredient in this pâté brings its own unique health benefits:
Sesame Seeds (Tahini) — Packed with healthy fats, protein, and fiber, sesame seeds support heart health, digestion, and hormone balance. Their high plant protein content also promotes tissue development and overall well-being.
Miso — This fermented soybean paste is a staple in Asian cuisine.
